Holiday accommodation

The single storey holiday cottage includes: 

• self-contained holiday accommodation with a separate entrance and parking for two cars and private garden
• light and sunny sitting room with sofa bed, digital television/DVD player and CD player
• glass doors into a west-facing conservatory
• door from conservatory out to terrace with table and chairs for eating al fresco and enjoying a well deserved G+T or glass of chilled white wine in the evening sun
• garden at the back of the holiday cottage with mature wisteria and soft fruit trees
• pergola at front of the holiday cottage with table and bench for eating breakfast outside in the morning sun
• newly tiled and fitted kitchen/breakfast room which is well equipped with new electric hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher etc
• door from kitchen into the spacious conservatory with dining area, comfortable seating and door to terrace and back garden
• double bedroom with adjoining bathroom with bath and walk in shower
• linen - sheets, towels, duvet covers etc are provided
• utility room with washing machine, walk in shower, lavatory and hand basin
• space for wet boots and coats in porch, utility room and conservatory
• electricity is included - small charge for central heating in winter
• cot and highchair available - please ask

Dogs are most welcome at this holiday cottage and may be kept in the conservatory and exercised in the orchard.
